excellent location and helpful staff
central location short walk charming style numerous restaurants
the hotel is centrally located. it is a short walk from the train station. piazza del duomo and ponte vecchio are also nearby! there are numerous restaurants close by. the hotel has a classic, charming style.
the receptionist was not friendly upon my arrival though the subsequent staff were helpful.

the room was quite cosy. it was also kept clean . the bathroom included good amenities.

breakfast offered various sweets. it was perfect for those who enjoy a sweet tooth! i found the choices satisfying.
